We use your name, email, telephone, delivery/billing address, order items and transaction references to accept, fulfil and support orders and withdrawals (performance of the contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Order and accounting records also support legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Required checkout fields are needed to fulfil your order; without them we cannot complete it.
Contact inquiries use the details and message you provide to answer your request (pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in customer support, Article 6(1)(b)/(f)). Security and service logs, including IP address and technical request information, support our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping the service working (Article 6(1)(f)).
The newsletter uses your email only with your explicit checkbox consent (Article 6(1)(a)), with single opt-in: no second confirmation email is required. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter or by contacting us. Optional Google Analytics and, where configured, Google Ads use device, page and interaction data only after Accept All. Decline prevents optional tracking; Cookie Settings lets you withdraw consent. Meta Pixel is disabled at launch.
The contact map connects to Google Maps only when you choose Load Google map. This shares your IP address and device information with Google for the requested map; loading it does not grant analytics or marketing consent.
Our store uses Medusa for commerce processing, Stripe for payments and fraud screening, Resend for transactional emails and newsletter contacts, and Google for the optional analytics/ads and requested map. Hosting services process technical requests; delivery services receive the information needed to deliver goods. Authorities may receive records where required by law. We do not sell personal data or store full card details.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Contact the seller for details or copies of applicable safeguards. This notice does not represent that a particular provider contract or transfer mechanism has been verified.
The only automated decision-making described for launch is Stripe fraud screening, which may affect payment acceptance. Contact the seller to request human review, express your view or contest a payment decision. We do not use other automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Τα λογιστικά στοιχεία τηρούνται επίσης για νομικές υποχρεώσεις (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1γ). Χωρίς τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία δεν μπορούμε να ολοκληρώσουμε την παραγγελία.
Τα στοιχεία και το μήνυμα επικοινωνίας χρησιμοποιούνται για την απάντηση στο αίτημά σας (προσυμβατικά μέτρα ή έννομο συμφέρον υποστήριξης, άρθρο 6 παρ. 1β/στ). Τα τεχνικά αρχεία και η διεύθυνση IP χρησιμοποιούνται για την ασφάλεια και την αποτροπή κατάχρησης (έννομο συμφέρον, άρθρο 6 παρ. 1στ).
Το newsletter ενεργοποιείται με ρητή συγκατάθεση στο πλαίσιο επιλογής, χωρίς δεύτερο email επιβεβαίωσης (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1α). Μπορείτε να διαγραφείτε οποτεδήποτε από τον σύνδεσμο στο newsletter ή επικοινωνώντας μαζί μας. Το Google Analytics και, όπου έχει ρυθμιστεί, το Google Ads λειτουργούν μόνο μετά το Accept All. Με το Decline δεν ενεργοποιούνται. Ανακαλείτε τη συγκατάθεση από το Cookie Settings. Το Meta Pixel είναι απενεργοποιημένο κατά την εκκίνηση.
Ο χάρτης Google Maps φορτώνεται μόνο με την επιλογή Load Google map και τότε κοινοποιούνται IP και πληροφορίες συσκευής στην Google. Δεν παρέχεται συγκατάθεση για analytics ή marketing με τη φόρτωση του χάρτη.
Αποδέκτες είναι οι υπηρεσίες Medusa, Stripe (πληρωμές και έλεγχος απάτης), Resend (email και newsletter), Google (προαιρετικές μετρήσεις και ζητούμενος χάρτης), φιλοξενίας, οι μεταφορείς και, όπου απαιτείται, οι αρχές. Δεν πωλούμε δεδομένα ούτε αποθηκεύουμε πλήρη στοιχεία κάρτας. Τυχόν διαβιβάσεις εκτός ΕΟΧ απαιτούν την κατάλληλη απόφαση επάρκειας ή εγγυήσεις, όπως τις τυποποιημένες συμβατικές ρήτρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής. Ζητήστε από τον πωλητή πληροφορίες για τις εφαρμοστέες εγγυήσεις· δεν βεβαιώνεται εδώ επαλήθευση συγκεκριμένων συμβάσεων.
Η μόνη αυτοματοποιημένη λήψη αποφάσεων κατά την εκκίνηση αφορά τον έλεγχο απάτης της Stripe και μπορεί να επηρεάσει την αποδοχή πληρωμής. Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε ανθρώπινη επανεξέταση, να εκφράσετε άποψη και να αμφισβητήσετε την απόφαση μέσω του πωλητή.
