Οι παρόντες όροι εφαρμόζονται στις αγορές από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα Copy Reves. Με την υποβολή παραγγελίας δηλώνετε ότι τους έχετε διαβάσει και αποδεχθεί. Τα προϊόντα διατίθενται ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα. Μικρές αποκλίσεις στην εμφάνιση είναι πιθανές λόγω της χειροποίητης εκτύπωσης.
Οι τιμές είναι σε ευρώ και περιλαμβάνουν τον εφαρμοστέο ΦΠΑ: 24% για Ελλάδα και ΕΕ, 0% για προορισμούς εκτός ΕΕ. Τα μεταφορικά δεν υπόκεινται σε ΦΠΑ. Οι χρεώσεις παράδοσης εμφανίζονται πριν την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας· εκτός ΕΕ τυχόν εισαγωγικοί δασμοί και φόροι επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη.
Η πληρωμή γίνεται με πιστωτική ή χρεωστική κάρτα μέσω Stripe κατά την υποβολή της παραγγελίας. Αποστέλλεται επιβεβαίωση με email. Αν δεν είναι δυνατή η εκτέλεση, σας ενημερώνουμε και επιστρέφουμε τυχόν καταβληθέν ποσό.
Τα νόμιμα δικαιώματα για ελαττωματικά ή μη συμμορφούμενα προϊόντα διατηρούνται. Το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης, οι προθεσμίες και τα έξοδα επιστροφής περιγράφονται στην ενότητα υπαναχώρησης παρακάτω.
Οι τιμές μπορεί να αλλάξουν χωρίς να επηρεάζονται ήδη επιβεβαιωμένες παραγγελίες. Μπορούμε να περιορίσουμε ποσότητες ή να αρνηθούμε παραγγελία μόνο για νόμιμο λόγο, όπως μη διαθεσιμότητα, σφάλμα τιμής ή τεχνικό σφάλμα, ή υποψία απάτης. Οι χρόνοι παράδοσης είναι ενδεικτικοί και εξαρτώνται από τον προορισμό και τον μεταφορέα.
Τα σχέδια, έργα, φωτογραφίες, λογότυπα και λοιπό περιεχόμενο προστατεύονται από τη νομοθεσία πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας. Απαγορεύεται η μη εξουσιοδοτημένη αναπαραγωγή, διανομή ή εμπορική χρήση. Δεν αποκλείεται ή περιορίζεται ευθύνη που δεν μπορεί νόμιμα να αποκλειστεί ή να περιοριστεί. Στο μέτρο που επιτρέπεται από τον νόμο, δεν ευθυνόμαστε για έμμεσες ή επακόλουθες ζημίες· τα αναγκαστικά δικαιώματα και οι νόμιμες αξιώσεις του καταναλωτή διατηρούνται.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances permitted by law.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur, particularly due to the hand-printed nature of our products.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT: 24% for Greece and EU destinations, 0% outside the EU. Shipping charges are not subject to VAT.

Copy Reves is not responsible for delays caused exclusively by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Copy Reves shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.
This provision does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.
